Applicability

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the 1bat platform's website, mobile version, and all related services. By registering an account on 1bat or using any of its services, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

1bat reserves the right to amend these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after any amendment takes effect will be considered your automatic acceptance of those changes. You are therefore advised to visit this page regularly.

Age Requirement

1bat is an adult entertainment platform. The service is open only to users aged 21 and above. You will be required to confirm your age at the time of account registration. Operating an account by anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited, and any such account will be closed immediately.

Registration Requirements

To open an account on 1bat, the user must meet the following conditions:

Welcome Bonus

1bat offers new members a 100% match bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,000 → Total balance ৳2,000
• Deposit ৳32,000 → Bonus ৳15,000 → Total balance ৳47,000 (bonus capped at ৳15,000)

Wagering Requirement

Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing winnings derived from a bonus. The wagering calculation is based on the bonus amount only — not on the combined deposit and bonus.

Bonus wagering multiplier: 25x.

Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = a total of ৳25,000 in bets must be completed before withdrawing winnings from the bonus.

• Withdrawing before the wagering requirement is met will result in the bonus being cancelled.
• Only bets placed in specific game categories may count towards wagering. See the promotions page for details.
• If wagering is not completed within the specified time after claiming a bonus, the bonus will expire.

General Bonus Policy

• 1bat reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• One welcome bonus is available per account.
• Collecting bonuses by opening multiple accounts from the same address, household, or device is prohibited.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, the account will be subject to investigation.

Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

1bat reserves the right to review each bet before accepting it. Bets may be cancelled or reconsidered in the following circumstances:

• A technical error or incorrect odds are displayed
• An event is cancelled, suspended, or its result remains undetermined
• Fraudulent activity is suspected
• An incorrect payout occurs due to a technical system failure

Sports Betting Policy

1bat offers betting on cricket, football, kabaddi, and various other sports. Specific market rules apply when placing bets. For example, betting on BPL or T20 tournaments may be subject to specific round-based rules.

If a match does not complete a specified number of overs or playing time, bets may be refunded or special rules may apply — the detailed terms for each market will be provided on the relevant betting page.

Casino Game Policy

The 1bat casino offers slots, fishing games, live dealer games, and more. Each game has its own payout structure governed by the rules of the respective game provider. All games operate using Provably Fair or independently audited RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, which ensures the fairness of results.

VIP Tier Benefits

The 1bat VIP program has four tiers, each offering weekly cashback:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback

Advancement through each tier depends on your regular gaming activity. As you reach higher tiers, your cashback rate and other benefits increase.

VIP Benefits Terms

• Cashback is added to your account at a set time each week.
• 1bat reserves the right to change the VIP program structure at any time.

• VIP status is tied to the account and cannot be transferred to anyone else.

List of Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited, and any account found engaging in them will be permanently closed:

1. Opening or operating more than one account under one person's name.
2. Using another person's identity or payment method.
3. Placing bets using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
4. Deliberately exploiting game vulnerabilities or bugs.
5. Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial transaction.
6. Attempting to hack the system or gain unauthorised access.
7. Intimidating or harassing other users.
8. Collecting bonuses through fraudulent means.

Account Suspension & Termination
